Shipping policy

Shipping Prices are calculated at checkout.

All orders will be processed as fast as possible. Please expect a 3-5 day delay between the placement of the order and the actual shipping date. 
A tracking number will be issued to the customer as soon as it is made available by the service provider. Please expect up to a 48-hour delay for the number to be activated.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1299 Montée Léger, Les Cèdres, QC, J7T 1E9. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30 am-4:00 pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
